No matter who is on your list, they'll love a gift from your favorite nursery.
We have something for everyone.
After moving from Issaquah to Hobart in Maple Valley in 2015, we had the opportunity to purchase a long standing plant nursery property near our home. It felt like a natural fit, because we love this community and we'd been teaching people around here how to garden for more than a decade. We gave the garden nursery a fresh new name, and committed to providing heirloom vegetables, fruit, herbs, annuals and perennials that grow best in our pacific northwest region. Our main focus is to help you create productive growing space for your home or business. With Jessica’s background in all things plants and Ricco and his son Dominic's love of creating visually rich experiences our family team was complete. We love interacting with all of you whether the novice or seasoned gardener, you are our people.
We care deeply about our world, our environment and keeping alive the small town mom and pop garden center that is so beloved.

Annuals give your garden a seasonal pop of color. While they do not survive our winter temperatures, they are greatly enjoyed while in season. Often used to fill your pots and containers, we offer hundreds of varieties of colorful thrillers, spillers and fillers for both shade and sun.
Colorful plants that return year after year to grace your garden with color and texture. Perennial plants can provide evergreen interest, unusual foliage, fragrance, deer resistance, colorful showy flowers, and/or attract pollinators. Our perennial is full of proven, unique, and rare plants that will add interest and delight to your spring, summer, fall and winter gardens. We are proud to be recognized for our robust selection of unusual and hard to find PNW zone hardy perennials.
Our new shade department, designed by the talented Dominic DiStefano, includes trees, shrubs, grasses, vines, groundcovers, perennials, and annuals. At Hobart Farms Nursery we have colorful and textural options for both partial and full shade
Dozens of varieties in tones of green, brown, orange, purple and red. Tall and short, for shade or sun. Flowering or color-changing, grasses are a versatile perennial for just about anywhere in your landscape.
Climbers can be used to create living screens or to add romantic interest to vertical spaces. We offer a wide selection of evergreen and deciduous varieties. Unique features of climbing plants can include spring, summer, or fall flowering time, brilliant colored flowers or leaves, colorful berries, and heavenly fragrance.
